Returns and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item, with no need to justify your decision.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the item must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging, in resalable condition. Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items cannot be accepted or refunded. For hygiene reasons, unsealed flasks and accessories may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part (in which case we cover the costs). We recommend using a tracked shipping method: the parcel travels under your responsibility until we receive it.

Refund

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 hours at sav@sphereperformance.run with photos: we'll take care of the replacement or refund, shipping included.
